Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 25, 2026

NextGen Cloud Service Portal (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at https://nextgencloudservice.online. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it and what choices you have. If you have any questions, contact us at ethelspangler781995ava@gmail.com.

1. Who we are

NextGen Cloud Service Portal is a technical publication covering cloud hosting, bare-metal servers, VPS environments and DevOps practice. Our articles are written for developers and system administrators who are evaluating infrastructure providers.

We also build and operate an internal advertising analytics tool that connects to advertising platforms — including the Google Ads API — to measure the performance of advertising campaigns that we run for our own properties. Section 3 explains exactly how that data is accessed, used and protected.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us directly

2.2 Information collected automatically

2.3 Data obtained from advertising platforms

Through our internal analytics tool we obtain advertising performance data, including data made available through Google APIs. This is described in full in section 3.

3. Google APIs and Google user data

3.1 What we access

Our internal tool connects to the Google Ads API using OAuth authorisation that has been granted by the owner of the account concerned. With that authorisation the tool requests:

3.2 How we use it

We use this data only for our own internal reporting and campaign management. We do not use it to target advertising at individuals, to build advertising audiences, or for any purpose unrelated to campaign performance analysis.

3.3 How it is stored and protected

3.4 What we never do with Google user data

3.5 Limited Use disclosure

NextGen Cloud Service Portal’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3.6 Revoking access

You can revoke an application’s access to your Google Account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Once access has been revoked, our tool can no longer retrieve any data from the associated account.

4. How we use the information we collect

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Cookies

This site uses cookies to remember your preferences, such as a search query or a display setting, and to collect aggregate statistics about how the site is used. Cookies set by this site do not carry personal data.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site behave.

6. Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic: page views, referring sources, approximate country and device type. These statistics do not identify individual visitors.

7. Links, embedded content and affiliate disclosure

Articles on this site may link to, or embed content from, other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their own policies.

Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships never determine our editorial conclusions.

8. Data retention

Log data is kept for a limited period for security and diagnostic purposes. Enquiry emails are kept for as long as is needed to handle the matter, plus a reasonable period afterwards. Advertising performance data obtained through APIs is kept only while it is needed for reporting, after which it is deleted.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including restricting access to servers and configuration files. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email ethelspangler781995ava@gmail.com.

11. Children’s privacy

This site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

13. Contact
