These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at https://nextgencloudservice.online (the “Site”), operated by NextGen Cloud Service Portal. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

NextGen Cloud Service Portal publishes technical articles, comparisons and guides about cloud hosting, bare-metal servers, VPS environments and related infrastructure topics. The content is written for developers and system administrators. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional advice for your particular circumstances.

You may read, link to and quote from the Site for personal, educational and non-commercial purposes, provided you attribute the source. You agree not to:

5. Our internal advertising analytics tool
We operate an internal tool that retrieves advertising performance data, including through the Google Ads API, so that we can measure the results of campaigns that we run for our own properties.
- The tool is for our own internal use. It is not offered, licensed or made available to the public as a product or service.
- It can only read data from an advertising account where the account owner has granted access through an explicit OAuth authorisation.
- That authorisation can be revoked by the account owner at any time.
- Data retrieved through the tool is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
